Is AuraCare a product company?

No. AuraCare is a managed service. We do not sell equipment or consumables on their own. We install, maintain, refill and monitor a complete hygiene and atmosphere programme for your facility, under a single monthly subscription.
What does the monthly subscription include?

Equipment, consumables, scheduled maintenance, proactive refills, monitoring, a named account director and monthly reporting. There is no separate capex and no surprise invoices.
How is pricing decided?

Pricing depends on venue size, footfall, the number of washrooms, the standard you want to set and the service tier you choose. We give an indicative range on the first call and a firm number after a short site visit.
How quickly can a venue be onboarded?

Most single venues are fully installed within two to four weeks of contract signature. Multi-site rollouts are sequenced with your operations team.
Do you work in Arabic and English?

Yes. Every contract, account director, technician and report is fully bilingual. Our AI concierge also answers in both languages.
What happens if a dispenser runs low?

It almost never does. Our monitoring system flags low levels before guests notice, and our field team refills proactively. If something does go wrong, we have a response SLA in the contract.
